Katie Hoover ~ Breathwork and Meditation Classes

Katie Hoover has practiced many different types of meditation and yoga over the past 30 years.  She earned her RYT 200 from Samantha Shakti and Kenny Graham in 2013, then RYT 500 from Jenn Prugh and the Joy of Yoga training in 2015 at Breathe Together Yoga in the San Francisco Bay area.  She had her own practice of Insight Bodywork massage and has taught Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga for several years, always including elements of meditation and breathwork.  Katie believes yoga and meditation help us understand our minds and bodies.  Her aim is to teach and support students to be more present and compassionate with themselves with a hope that their practice will blossom to support self, family, and community in our daily lives.
